POLICIES
Late Cancellation/No Show
Appointment times are reserved solely for the scheduled client. Unanticipated events do happen, in the desire to be fair to all clients’ and therapists’ time, the following cancellation policy is implemented:
Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled more than 48 hours before scheduled appointment time.
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled 48 hours or less of scheduled appointment, will result in a fee of 50% of the scheduled appointment’s regular price.
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled 24 hours or less of scheduled appointment and no shows, will result in a fee of 75% of the scheduled appointment’s regular price.
*If your therapist late cancels, you will receive 20% off your next scheduled appointment.
Travel Fee
Travel is included in the massage price. Travel includes 15 miles outside of each area. Any additional mileage after 15 miles is $0.50/mile. Will travel up to an additional 15 miles.
Zero Tolerance
Sexual misconduct of any form will not be tolerated. Should any sexual misconduct occur the client will be informed and the session will be terminated and the client will be dismissed from care and will no longer be able to schedule future sessions. In case of termination the full session fee is still due.
Gift Card/E-card
It is recommended to use your gift card or e-gift card within a year of purchase for best value as service prices may increase
All gift cards and e-gift cards must be presented at time of service to use as form of payment.
Gift cards and e-gift cards are not redeemable for cash.
All gift cards and e-gift cards are non-refundable.
Lost or stolen gift cards and e-gift cards can not be accepted, verified, or replaced.
Gift cards can be reloaded.
Gift cards are not eligible for use with specials.
Donated gift cards and gift cards received from a giveaway expire 1 year from the day of donation or giveaway.
